Hey, I’m Faye! A marketing pro with a passion for hospitality, a love for bold creative campaigns, and a knack for getting brands noticed.

I’m a mum of two energetic boys, married to a South African, and the proud owner of a very fluffy Cavapoo called Teddy. In 2021, we swapped the buzz of Southwest London for the charm of West Sussex, and I’ve never looked back. I’m a keen fitness fanatic, and love teaching group exercise classes at my local boutique studio in Billingshurst. Our weekends are often spent at parkrun or enjoying time by the beach.

For over a decade, I played a key role in growing Dirty Martini from a struggling bar into a thriving national brand with 13 locations. I launched 10 new sites, worked with top agencies, and mastered PR, digital marketing, and paid advertising. Along the way, I also earned a CIM Diploma in Digital Marketing.

After years of working in-house, I took the leap into freelancing to do what I love on my own terms—helping businesses grow while having the flexibility to balance family life.
